My Role: Co-Product Designer (owned in-app surfaces, gating flows,, activation experience, pricing clarity, a la carte path)

Constraints: $76.75 unit cost, manufacturing lead time (8–12 weeks), annual subscription gating, trial loopholes, dual-card lifecycle states
