CONTEXT
Invest shouldn’t be gated from paycheque to paycheque users, and it should'n’t feel complicated, high risk and high mental load. We want to build a trusting, friendly and low barrier investing tool for our uses.
This is a total new business for KOHO, new territory, new problems and new knowledge to learn as we build for the company and team.
What I drove
End to end feature flows from onboarding to buy and sell, price alert to receive Crypto from external wallets.
User interviews: Conducted user interviews during Beta phase, kept on building/ improving the product on a weekly basis going for feature complete.
Feature release roadmap: Defined what feature, iterations should be prioritized, what should be optimized before hero feature.
Leading the creative team: From brand imagery assets, content from marketing site to in appSo far
OUTCOME
~67% waitlist conversion, 43k user sign ups.
~$1.1M+ settled trading volume pre GTM for the beta cohort.
63% active traders convert to repeating traders.
Satisfaction score of 3.94/5 during beta release, 63% say experience was better than expected.
